A PARTNERSHIP FROM THE START

Before we accept a project,
we want to understand it.

Every home is as unique as its owner—and we get it. A quick estimate rarely tells the whole story.

We look at what you want to accomplish, how the project fits the home, and whether Home Three-Sixty is the right partner. Sometimes that means adapting a standard product, coordinating several trades, or simply advising you before any work begins.

If we can help, we’ll explain how. If there’s a more sensible path, we’ll tell you that too.

We can’t get our hands on every project. If we’re not the right match, we’ll still help you move in the right direction.

BEYOND THE STANDARD ANSWER

The job is not
the product.

Standard processes work well for standard conditions. Homes—and lives—rarely stay inside those lines. We evaluate the complete situation before recommending the solution.

01 · ADAPT

A door that doesn’t quite fit

Before defaulting to an expensive custom order, we look at the opening, the surrounding construction, and whether a standard door can be adapted properly and cost-effectively.

A practical solution, not simply the easiest sale.
02 · UNDERSTAND

A bathroom with specific needs

Accessibility and family requirements change the entire project. We listen first, identify the risks, and help establish a sensible plan before asking for a commitment.

Advice comes before the transaction.
03 · COORDINATE

A kitchen that crosses trades

Cabinetry, lighting, and plumbing affect one another. Looking at them as one coordinated project creates a clearer scope and fewer surprises later.

The whole project stays in view.

YOUR PROJECT WORKSPACE

Keep the whole home in view.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Start a list, add details as they come to you, and ask for guidance when you’re ready.
